We started as a company known for our delicious truffles and are happy to still be making new and outrageous truffle combinations today!
Enjoy our creamy, 38% milk chocolate ganache flavored wonderfully with natural hazelnut oils and topped with locally made sugar. Bourbon Barrel Foods smokes their sugar within used bourbon barrels. This gives the truffles an extra warmth.

Cellar Door Chocolates opened in 2007 in Louisville, Kentucky. Owner and chocolatier Erika Chavez-Graziano has built Cellar Door’s reputation on her handmade truffles, buttercreams, sea salt caramels and wide selection of other chocolate treats.
In 2010, Cellar Door Chocolates opened its first retail shop in the historic Butchertown Market. There you can purchase all of our signature chocolate confections as well as other seasonal curious chocolates. They are redefining the artistry and beautiful nature of artisan chocolates.
