We started as a company known for our delicious truffles and are happy to still be making new and outrageous truffle combinations today!
Spicy Chocolate? Yes! We use a high quality 55% dark chocolate with cayenne mixed into the ganache. Each truffle gets extra cayenne on the top for a little extra spice. If you're not sure about the combo, take heart. This is our best selling truffle of 16 different flavors!
Cellar Door Chocolates opened in 2007 in Louisville, Kentucky. Owner and chocolatier Erika Chavez-Graziano has built Cellar Door’s reputation on her handmade truffles, buttercreams, sea salt caramels and wide selection of other chocolate treats.
In 2010, Cellar Door Chocolates opened its first retail shop in the historic Butchertown Market. There you can purchase all of our signature chocolate confections as well as other seasonal curious chocolates. They are redefining the artistry and beautiful nature of artisan chocolates.
