Barks & Bars
Enjoy over a dozen different varieties of our barks and bars. We make gourmet barks with Bourbon Barrel smoked sea salt and almonds, to single origin, Hawaiian milk chocolate bars.
Who said peppermint is only for winter? We have found that our dark chocolate peppermint bark has come to be expected by our customers year round. Each bar is hand-piped with 55% dark chocolate and minty white chocolate. Imagine a gourmet version of an Andes mint and then multiply that! Delicious!
Cellar Door Chocolates opened in 2007 in Louisville, Kentucky. Owner and chocolatier Erika Chavez-Graziano has built Cellar Door’s reputation on her handmade truffles, buttercreams, sea salt caramels and wide selection of other chocolate treats.
In 2010, Cellar Door Chocolates opened its first retail shop in the historic Butchertown Market. There you can purchase all of our signature chocolate confections as well as other seasonal curious chocolates. They are redefining the artistry and beautiful nature of artisan chocolates.
