This is by far our best selling bark. Every bark has a generous amount of almonds and Bourbon Barrel Foods' Smoked Sea Salt. They smoke their sea salt in used bourbon barrels. It's amazing! Who doesn't want to eat their bourbon? As always, we use high quality 55% dark chocolate. This one pound box includes 4 sets of 1/4lb packages.
Cellar Door Chocolates opened in 2007 in Louisville, Kentucky. Owner and chocolatier Erika Chavez-Graziano has built Cellar Door’s reputation on her handmade truffles, buttercreams, sea salt caramels and wide selection of other chocolate treats.
In 2010, Cellar Door Chocolates opened its first retail shop in the historic Butchertown Market. There you can purchase all of our signature chocolate confections as well as other seasonal curious chocolates. They are redefining the artistry and beautiful nature of artisan chocolates.
